End-of-Sale and End-of-Life Announcement for the Cisco Media Gateway Control Node Manager 2.3.1 and 2.3.2
Cisco Systems® announces the end of life of the Cisco Media Gateway Control (MGC) Node Manager 2.3.1 and 2.3.2. The last day to order the Cisco® MGC Node Manager 2.3.1 and 2.3.2 is February 13, 2004. Customers will continue to receive support from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) until February 12, 2007. Table 1 describes the end-of-life milestones, definitions, and dates for the affected product.
Customers are encouraged to migrate to the Cisco MGC Node Manager 2.4.1, which provides Cisco PGW 2200 Softswitch 9.4.1 support. Information about this product can be found at:
Table 3 provides relevant information for migrating from the Cisco MGC Node Manager versions 2.3.1 and 2.3.2 to version 2.4.1.

The recommended replacement for the Cisco MGC Node Manager 2.3.1 and 2.3.2 is the Cisco MGC Node Manager 2.4.1. Cisco MGC Node Manager 2.4.1 provides support for the latest MGC Node Manager management features and Cisco PGW 2200 hardware.
