The minimum hardware configurations will support thirty 1-to-1 sessions. The enterprise hardware configurations are the minimal configurations needed to support 500 active participants (250 1-to-1 sessions). The use of more advanced servers should increase performance, but will not necessarily support more users.

The Web server software is not included with the Cisco Collaboration Server software, and must be supplied by the customer.

Ordering Information

You must order either the Windows or Solaris version of the Cisco Collaboration Server software, and agent licenses for each agent that will be simultaneously logged into the server. The text chat agent license allows agents to use text chat and simple page sharing. The advanced collaboration agent license allows agents to use the full set of features available in the Cisco Collaboration Server.
