Cisco Crosswork Data Gateway for Cloud Applications, Release 7.1.0, is a focused release that primarily refines deployment options and clarifies platform compatibility. This version does not introduce new software features or address any resolved, open, or known issues. A significant change in behavior is the discontinuation of support for deployment on AWS EC2 platform. Moving forward, the solution continues to support deployment on VMware vCenter and OpenStack environments, ensuring continued robust data collection capabilities within these validated infrastructures.

Cisco Crosswork Data Gateway 7.1 for Cloud applications is validated for use with the following Crosswork Cloud applications:
● Cisco Crosswork Trust Insights is a cloud-based SaaS solution that reports on the integrity of devices and provides forensics for assured inventory.
● Cisco Crosswork Cloud Traffic Analysis is a cloud-based SaaS solution that provides rich analysis, visualization, and recommended optimizations for network traffic flows.
Cisco Crosswork Data Gateway must be deployed using the Crosswork Cloud profile for use with Crosswork Cloud applications. For information on deployment, see Cisco Crosswork Data Gateway 7.1 Installation and Configuration Guide for Cloud Applications.
