BYO PSTN Billing Support For Call Back And Call In

This feature enhances the Webex for BroadWorks solution for a meeting callback scenario. The meeting host user is identified by the X-Cisco-Meet-Info header in the incoming SIP INVITE request. It originates from the CUBE SBC targeted for a Webex Meeting callback. The originating services of the meeting host user are applied to the call instead of the VoiceXML user. The billing record for the meeting host user is generated for the call instead of for a VoiceXML user.

Charging Enhancement to Support 5G Voice Services

This feature enhances the Ro interface to allow charging both prepaid and postpaid users with Ro using the new 5G service.

Enhanced Support for P-Charing-Vector in Standalone Mode

This feature introduces a system-level configuration parameter to modify the method of population of accounting CDR fields. These fields are derived from a received P-Charging-Vector when the Application Server is configured to run in stand-alone mode with the hybrid AS mode disabled.

Include AVP 23 in Diameter and CDR

This feature adds the capability to set the queue size threshold and the queue latency threshold for the OCI-P BCCT threads.

System Device Profile Type Statistics In Tech Support Report

This feature enhances the tech-support reporting tool to add system device information to improving the quality of the support. To assist in planning and assessment of potential migrations, it is useful to get the system device statistics in the standard Application Server tech support report. This feature introduces System Device Type Statistics section in Tech support report. The Application Server tech support report includes Number of devices profile type, Number of devices of that type and Number of registrations on devices of that type.

This feature enhances the tech-support reporting tool to improve the quality and relevance of the information provided to support thus improving the quality of the support.

Web Container Monitoring and Troubleshooting

This feature facilitates the monitoring and troubleshooting of the Cisco BroadWorks Web Container and its associated managed applications. This is achieved by easing the identification of the underlying causes for performance degradation and/or when the system is in trouble.

Emergency Callback Numbers at Group and User Level Feature Description

Prior to this feature, a common configurable CLID exist for both external and emergency calls. However, the configurable CLID may not be an ideal emergency callback number for emergency responders. Therefore, in this feature, AS is modified to allow configurable emergency callback numbers (ECBN) at the user and group levels. This allows users to have separate CLID for emergency and external calls.

Enhanced Handling of SIP Headers for Emergency Services on a Trunk Group

This feature enhances the Application Server (AS) to propagate the emergency call header values within the SIP dialog for the inbound calls terminating to the trunk groups.

Call Recording – Add Announcement Filename in Metadata

The purpose of this feature is to capture relevant metadata of announcements played during a call recording session and provide it to the customer. Due to strict legal regulations in some markets, service providers need to be able to document the fact that call recording-related announcements are being played when the service is used.

Configurable Maximum Redirection Depth Behavior

This feature provides a control mechanism to optionally release the call when the configured Maximum Redirection Depth for a Cisco BroadWorks subscriber is reached, and subsequent redirection is attempted.

Enhancement to eMPS/GETS Conference Calling

This feature makes changes to the Enhanced Multimedia Priority Service (eMPS) /Government Emergency Telecommunications Service (GETS) conferencing functionality of the Cisco BroadWorks Execution Server (XS-TAS) in order to be able to prioritize all call legs in a N-Way conference call if at least one call leg is created as a priority call.

Inclusive Language Initiative

This feature replaces non-inclusive words Master/Slave and Whitelist/Blacklist from the label’s files used by OCI error messages, for the Release Independent CommPilot AS and XS TAS.

Secret Key Integration for Third-Party Emergency Call Service
