Headline:
Cisco Nexus 5010 or 5020 with 8-Gbps Fibre Channel Gatos Expansion Module (GEM): Entering the show queuing interface command reboots a switch running Cisco NX-OS Release 5.0(3)N1(1) or 5.0(3)N1(1a).
Description:
A Cisco Nexus 5010 or 5020 Switch running Cisco NX-OS Release 5.0(3)N1(a) with a N5K-M1060 Fibre Channel expansion module installed and the Fibre Channel over Ethernet (FCoE) feature enabled may fail when the show queuing interface or show queuing interface fcx/y command runs.
Conditions:
The Cisco Nexus 5010 or 5020 switch must have a N5K-M1060 Fibre Channel expansion module and the FCoE feature enabled when running the show queuing interface command. This issue does not affect the latest addition of Cisco Nexus 5000 Series Switches, the Cisco Nexus 5500 platform.
Workaround:
Do not enter the show queuing interface command or the show queuing interface fc x/y command. Use the show queuing interface Ethernet x/y command instead.
