Understand the licensing requirements for Firewall Migration Manager and the Cisco Secure Firewall Management Center. While the migration manager is free, ensure your management center is properly licensed for Firewall Threat Defense features to support device registration and policy deployment.
The Firewall Migration Manager application is free and does not require license.
To use Firewall Migration Manager and Cisco Secure Firewall Management Center, you must meet the following licensing requirements:

Cisco Secure Firewall Management Center must be properly licensed for the Firewall Threat Defense features you plan to use.

Proper licensing is required to register Firewall Threat Defense devices and deploy policies to them.
