End-of-Sale and End-of-Life Announcement for the Cisco NAC Agent Software

Cisco announces the end-of-life dates for the Cisco NAC Agent software.

Software maintenance will not be available beyond July 1, 2016.

Application software support will not be available beyond July 31, 2018.

Software Maintenance releases will be made available via version 4.9.5.x.

Windows 10 Compatibility Information

                Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 is supported as of the Windows 10 release date.

                Microsoft Edge browser will not be supported.

The last Windows OS release supported is Windows 10. Information on supported editions can be found in the Cisco NAC Agent release notes.

Mac OS X Compatibility Information

                The last Mac OS X release supported is 10.10.x.

Software maintenance and application software support requires an active service contract. After these dates, all support services for the product are unavailable, and the product becomes obsolete.

Product Migration Options

Customers are encouraged to migrate to Cisco AnyConnect.
