Q. Why is an endpoint still registered to the VCS even though I have added its details to the Registration Deny List?
A. Adding an entry to the Deny List for an existing registration does not automatically delete that registration from the VCS. You must do this manually if you want the registration to be removed immediately.
To manually remove a registration from the VCS, navigate to Status > Registrations > By device, select the registration(s) you wish to remove, and click Unregister.
