Software maintenance support for Cisco Jabber for Windows, Mac and VDI version 12.1.x and 12.5.x end on July 31, 2021. No patches or maintenance releases will be provided for Cisco Jabber for Windows, Mac and VDI version 12.1.x and 12.5.x after that date.
Software maintenance requires an active service contract.
