Cisco announces the end-of-sale and end-of-life dates for the Cisco Compute Hyperconverged C220 M6 and C240 M6. The last day to order the affected product(s) is September 29, 2025. Customers with active service contracts will continue to receive support from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) as shown in Table 1 of the EoL bulletin. Table 1 describes the end-of-life milestones, definitions, and dates for the affected product(s). Table 2 lists the product part numbers affected by this announcement. For customers with active and paid service and support contracts, support will be available under the terms and conditions of customers' service contract.
Note: Nutanix HCI software End of Support Life (https://portal.nutanix.com/page/documents/eol/list?type=platform) on Cisco M6 server platform will end in April 2030. You can purchase extended support from Nutanix if you wish to continue using the Cisco M6 server platform with Nutanix HCI software beyond this date. For further details on Nutanix support, refer to Nutanix Support Policies and FAQs (https://www.nutanix.com/support-services/product-support/support-policies-and-faqs).
