Erwin Emge is a Technical Marketing Engineer in the Enterprise Solutions Engineering group at Cisco, focusing on unified communications and collaboration. He has been with Cisco 9 years, starting as a consulting systems engineer and serving as lead engineer within the Planning, Design and Implementation (PDI) Help Desk. Emge has 30 years experience in telephony with an emphasis on PBX traffic and large call center scripting.
