The Quantum Threat: Why Action is Needed Now

  • Harvest Now, Decrypt Later (HNDL): Attackers are capturing encrypted data now, aiming to decrypt it later when quantum computers are ready.
  • Trust Now, Forge Later (TNFL): Digital signatures that are trusted and verified today could be retroactively forged once quantum computers become powerful enough
