Introduction

This release note is for Version 4.10.0.87. This software supports the Catalyst 1300x Stackable Managed Switch Series.

Supported Platform

The following tables lists the SKUs that are supported in the Catalyst 1300x series. Each table lists one of the Catalyst 1300x Series and provides information on each SKU description, OID and minimum supported version. Boards not listed in the following table are not supported by Catalyst C1300x release.

 Symptom

Switch reboots with fatal error from DNSC process.

Workaround

  • Use an alternate DNS server; or

  • If DNS is not required, disable it with no ip domain lookup or uncheck Enable under General IP Configuration > DNS > DNS Settings in the web GUI; or

  • Configure static name-to-address mappings using the ip host command or General IP Configuration > DNS > Host Mapping in the web GUI.
