Bug fixes
This patch release focuses on addressing targeted issues and a runtime upgrade to improve stability, performance, and maintainability. The goals were to upgrade the Go runtime to an approved version, resolve a database caching defect impacting data freshness or latency, and fix an event processing bug that affects correct handling of events in the system.
