This document provides information about the Ultra-Reliable Wireless Backhaul (URWB) standalone mode of operation for the Cisco Catalyst IW9167E Series Heavy Duty Access Point, Cisco Catalyst IW9165D Heavy Duty Access Point, and Cisco Catalyst IW9165E Rugged Access Point and Wireless Client. UWRB is supported as part of the Unified Industrial Wireless (UIW) software.
This document describes the new features, limitations, troubleshooting, besides providing recommended configurations, caveats, and information on how to obtain support and documentation.

From Cisco UIW Release 26.1.1, the Cisco Catalyst IW9165E and IW9167E APs support the UNII-3 band in Saudi Arabia. Under the ROW regulatory domain, the supported frequency range is 5745 MHz to 5825 MHz. This capability is available to all customers and does not require a license. For more information, see the chapter Configure and validate radio channel and bandwidth. |

Support for UNII-3 band in Egypt |
From Cisco UIW Release 26.1.1, the Cisco Catalyst IW9165E and IW9167E APs support the UNII-3 band in Egypt. The supported frequencies range from 5745 MHz to 5825 MHz under the ROW regulatory domain. An IW Service frequency license is required to enable these frequencies. The available channel widths are 20, 40, and 80 MHz, except for frequency 5825 MHz, which supports only 20 MHz. Remove Ports Limitation on PAT |
From Cisco UIW Release 26.1.1, you can use port numbers 1 to 1023 for both TCP and UDP. However, use these ports with caution because they are reserved ports. For more information, see the chapter Network Address Translation. |
