Managed Device Support Matrix

The following tables list the level of support offered by the Cisco Business Dashboard for the products that make up the Cisco Business portfolio. The features supported are primarily determined by the management protocols supported by the device, and so may be dependent on the device firmware version. Check this document regularly for updates.

The Cisco Business Dashboard functionality is divided into the following areas:

  • Discovery—Includes the ability to detect the device and display detailed information about the device

  • Monitoring—Perform real time monitoring of the device

  • Operations—Firmware upgrade, configuration save/backup/restore, device reboot

  • Configuration—Includes functionality offered by the Device View, System Configuration and Network pages

  • Reporting—Device is included in network reports

All supported devices may be managed when a Cisco Business Dashboard Probe is present on the local network. In addition, selected devices can host the Cisco Business Dashboard Probe application running on the device itself, and other devices support direct management by Cisco Business Dashboard without a probe being present.
