An issue has been identified in CommPilot for Cisco BroadWorks Application Delivery Platform (ADP) and Application Server (AS) Release 2025.12_1.243. When an administrator or user attempts to modify Call Center settings through the CommPilot web portal, the update fails to apply. Additionally, the system prematurely terminates the session, resulting in an immediate logout.
This issue affects the Cisco BroadWorks Calling (BWKCALL) product family, specifically the CommPilot web interface that is deployed on ADP and AS clusters that are running software Release 2025.12_1.243.
Users experience the following symptoms when interacting with Call Center configurations:
To resolve this issue, CommPilot must be upgraded to Release 2025.12_1.244 or later on both ADP and AS.
Release 2025.12_1.244 has been published specifically to address this behavior and restore stable Call Center management functionality.
