Problem Description


For Cisco BroadWorks Application Delivery Platform, there is an issue with search results navigation in CommPilot-24 releases 2025.06_1.254 and 2025.07_1.242, as well as in Cisco BroadWorks Application Server Release 24.0 with patch ap385665. When users attempt to navigate through search results using the Next or Last links, they receive a 404 error.


Background


Users are unable to navigate beyond the first page of search results in the CommPilot portal when using the Next or Last navigation links. As a result, access to the complete search results is restricted. This limitation may prevent users from efficiently locating required records or information, potentially impacting productivity and critical business processes that rely on comprehensive search capabilities.


Problem Symptom


Users receive a 404 error when attempting to navigate to the next or last page of multi-page search results in affected CommPilot-24 releases.


Workaround/Solution


Solution

To address this issue, upgrade Cisco BroadWorks Application Delivery Platform servers to one of the following CommPilot-24 releases:

  • CommPilot-24_2025.06_1.256.bwar
  • CommPilot-24_2025.07_1.244.bwar
  • Any later release, including 2025.08 and later

Releases are available in the Cisco Software Download Center.

For Cisco BroadWorks Application Server Release 24.0, ensure that patch ap385690 is also installed to fully address the issue.
