Problem Description


From Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) reporting, an uncaught exception is thrown for internal process dependencies. 


Background


This issue is caused by the removal of Commons Net from the Execution Server (XS) / Provisioning Server (PS) dependencies.


Problem Symptom


The following exception is seen:

Workaround/Solution


BroadWorks Application Server version AS RI 2023.09_1.361 is obsolete.

As a solution, customers should download and install Version AS RI 2023.09_1.364 to address this issue.
