Problem Description

After ap382526 is applied, the System Administrator is unable to activate numbers at the 'Group: Activate Numbers' (/Group/DnActivation/) page on CommPilot.

Background

After ap382526 is applied, the System Administrator is unable to activate numbers on CommPilot. This results in issues when phone numbers are provisioned to the users.

Problem Symptom

Service Impact - Due to this issue, the edit option in /Group/DnActivation is removed from CommPilot.

Workaround/Solution

Solution - Install the corrective patch ap383352, which is available on the Cisco Software Download page:
