CSCvx79641 | [BW Eng] Webex Calling MPP PRT Collection - dm part |
When Cisco BroadWorks patch AP.xsp.23.0.1075.ap377412 is installed, customers might experience an error message that indicates an incorrect dependency is required.
When ap377412 is installed on an Xtended Services Platform (XSP) server, customers might experience an erroneous error message which states that patch AP.as.23.0.1123.ap377412 is required. The patch version that is actually needed is AP.as.23.0.1075.ap377412. Patch ap377412 has been reissued in order to correct the erroneous inter-server dependency message.
During the install process, the customer might encounter this message when the patch is applied:
Software Manager reports a missing inter-server dependency when trying to apply the patch.
Workaround
In order to avoid the inter-server dependency message, customers should apply AP.as.23.0.1075.ap377412 on the Application Server before AP.xsp.23.0.1075.ap377412 is applied on the XSP server.
Solution
This Cisco BroadWorks patch must be applied in order to correct the issues:
