Patch ap368461 might cause WebDav file replication to fail on ProfileServers that use BroadWorksFileRepos.
When attempting to replicate a new directory on the peer, this entry will be seen in the FileReposLog:

Note: This field notice was originally posted in the BroadSoft Xchange portal and has been moved over to Cisco.com as-is for historical purposes.
Any device management requests that create a new directory will not replicate to peer ProfileServers over WebDav.
BroadWorks patches can now be downloaded through the Cisco Software Download Center after logging in with your Cisco.com (CCO) account.

PS_CLI/Applications/BroadworksFileRepos/FileReplication/Tools> syncPeer <peer_name>
