Log In Instructions
To view the partner training material for US Public Sector SLED Direct Contracts, you must be logged in and have your user account upgraded to “Partner” status.
Please see the following steps to verify you are logged in correctly and have the appropriate level of access required to view the contract training materials.
Step 1: Log In
To view partner specific training you will need to log into Cisco.com. You are logged in if you see a user icon with your initials at the top right of the page. You are not logged in if you see a “user” icon.
- If you do not have an account please go to https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/about/help/login-account-help.html for information on how to create an account.
Step 2: Verify Permissions
If you see a green check box below next to "Status" you are logged in with the correct permissions and should be able to view any associated training material CMO sends.
You are not logged in or your account needs partner level access

If you do not see the green check box in the Status section above you will need to request that your user account is upgraded to “Partner” status
- Associate your Cisco ID with a Partner Company
- Review the Partner Self Service Guide and click into the “Associate Myself with a Company” for instructions.
- Go to http://www.cisco.com/go/PSS to update your account credentials.
