Overview

End of Maintenance for Broadworks Enhanced Call Center Reporting and Database Server

In accordance with its Lifecycle and Support policy, Cisco formally announces the End Of Maintenance (EoM) for Enhanced Call Center Reporting (ECCR) and the Database Server (DBS) effective Sep 30th, 2024. Note that this product was previously declared End of Sale on April 30th, 2019.  At that time, we committed to support ECCR and DBS through October, 2020.

Cisco is strongly committed to our customers and to offering a leading edge product portfolio. From time to time, Cisco will announce the End of Sale and End of Maintenance of existing components as we continue to enhance our products and renew our portfolio.
