Part of the Cisco^® 1000 Series Integrated Services Routers (ISR), the ISR 1100 Series and ISR 1100X Series are powered by Viptela^® operating system or IOS XE SD-WAN operating system. These devices combine WAN and comprehensive security in a wired high-performance platform. The ISR 1100 Series and ISR 1100X Series combine an enterprise grade platform with best-in-class SDWAN. The ISR 1100 Series come with 4GB DRAM, whereas the ISR 1100X Series offer 8GB DRAM.

Cisco Software-Defined WAN (SD-WAN) is a cloud-first architecture that provides unparalleled visibility across the WAN, optimal connectivity for end users, and a comprehensive security platform to protect the network. Cisco SD-WAN provides transport independence, a rich network, and security services as well as endpoint flexibility.

The ISR 1100 Series and ISR 1100X Series routers are delivered as platforms that sit at the perimeter of a site, such as a remote office, branch office, campus, or data center. They participate in establishing a secure virtual overlay network over a mix of any WAN transports

Steps for ordering in Cisco Commerce (CCW)

●      Search for ISR1100-6G (or ISR1100-4G/4GLTEGB/4GLTENA or ISR1100X-4G/6G) and ‘Add’ it to the estimate. Click on ‘Edit Options’.

●      Select power cables and accessories (Ethernet and Console cables). Power cable is a mandatory selection, and customer needs to select a power cable from the list based on specific country requirements.

●      Select transceivers as required from the list (applicable only for ISR1100-6G and ISR1100X-6G)

●      Optional: Select the 19-inch rackmount for ISR1100 and ISR1100X Series Routers

●      Choose between Viptela OS and IOS XE SD-WAN releases (note that release versions available between the 1100 and 1100X series for Viptela OS are different)

●      Select the Cisco DNA subscription SKU. This would include whether it’s cloud or on-premises, the bandwidth tier, and the subscription term.

Cisco Solution Support (paid support) is the default Cisco support service. However, Cisco Solution Support is not mandatory; the customer may choose to use the Cisco Subscription Embedded Software Support (0$ support) included with the purchase of this software.

Cisco Solution Support is a premium support purpose-built for today’s multiproduct, multivendor network environments and provides:

●      A primary point of contact centralizing support across a solution deployment

●      Solution, product, and interoperability expertise

●      No requirement for customers to isolate their issue to a product to open a case

●      30-minute service response objective for Severity 1 and 2 cases

●      Prioritized case handling over product support cases

●      Product support team coordination (Cisco and Solution Support Alliance Partners)

●      Accountability for multiproduct, multivendor issue management from first call to resolution, no matter where the issue resides

Cisco Subscription Embedded Software Support includes:

●      Access to support and troubleshooting via online tools and web case submission. Case severity or escalation guidelines are not applicable.

●      Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) access 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to assist by telephone, or web case submission and online tools with application software use and troubleshooting issues.

●      Access to www.cisco.com, providing helpful technical and general information on Cisco products, as well as access to Cisco’s online Software Center library.

If a customer intends to change from Cisco Solution support(default) to Cisco Subscription Embedded Software Support, this can be done by selecting the corresponding Embedded OnPrem/Cloud support SKU (Essentials/ Advantage/Premier) under On Prem Subscription License/ Cloud Subscription License based on the subscription selected.

●      Select Umbrella SIG Buy more from the list as required. This can be selected only if you select a Cisco DNA Premier Subscription.

●      Once your configuration is complete then click on “Done” to check if the configuration is valid. You should have a valid configuration to place order.
