Creating Radioactive Trace
Creating Radioactive Trace
Choose Troubleshooting > Radioactive Trace.
Click Add.
Enter the MAC or IP address.
Click Apply to Device.
Click Start or Stop to start or stop the conditional debug.
Generating Radioactive Trace Logs
On the Troubleshooting > Radioactive Trace page, you get to view the following:
MAC/IP Address
Trace file
Generate
Click Generate to create a radioactive trace log.
In the Enter time interval window that is displayed, check the Enable Internal Logs check box to enable internal logs.
From the Generate logs for last field, select one of the following options:
10 minutes
30 minutes
1 hour
since last boot
Enter the time interval in seconds, minutes, hours, and days.
Click Apply to Device.
Note: You get to view a .txt file that can be downloaded.
Deleting Radioactive Trace
Choose Troubleshooting > Radioactive Trace.
Select the MAC or IP address check box.
Click Delete.
Downloading and Viewing Radioactive Trace Logs
Choose Troubleshooting > Radioactive Trace.
Select the MAC or IP address check box.
Click the Download Logs icon that is displayed next to the trace file name, to download the logs to your local folder.
Click the View Logs icon that is displayed next to the trace file name, to view the log files on the GUI page. Click Load More to view more lines of the log file.
