Without permission granted by the National Communications Commission (NCC), no company, enterprise, or user shall alter the frequency, increase the transmitting power, or modify the original characteristics or performance of approved low-power radio-frequency devices.

If interference is observed, operation shall be ceased immediately and shall not resume until the interference has been resolved. Lawful communications refer to radio communications operated in accordance with the Telecommunications Management Act.
