Unable to configure Manual date and time from Local Manager.

Symptoms: After changing the time source from NTP auto to manual mode, unable to configure the manual date and time.

Unable to download logs from the Local Manager of IC3k device.

Symptoms: Not able to download the logs and tech-support from the system troubleshoot menu in local manager.

CSCwm43985

IC3K platform modifies packets transiting through mirror interface

Symptoms:When capturing the packets in the same subnet that are defined in the default configuration of iox, the source IP of those packets are interchanged with IC3k local manager IP (management IP).
