What is Smart Monitoring and Alerting (SMA)

Smart Monitoring and Alerting (SMA) helps monitor and detect important events or conditions in real-time. SMA provides notifications and helps perform the required actions.

SMA feature is a registration-based feature. You can register this feature when you

  • receive SMA feature status notification,
  • restart the switch, or
  • enable or disable the feature.
