This document describes details about error message "Errno 61".

There a couple of different "Errno" messages possible when an Cisco Email Security appliance is unable to deliver a message due to a network error. Errno 61 indicates that there is no server active at the destination IP. If you powered down your appliance and attempted to deliver mail to it from another Cisco Content Security Appliance, this is the log message.
