This table contains reboot requirements for AMP for Endpoints Windows Connector updates.
All versions prior to 5.1.3 require a reboot when upgrading.
Upgrades from any version below 7.x.x to any version above 7.x.x will require a reboot.
Upgrades from any 7.x.x version to any higher 7.x.x version should not require a reboot except in unexpected cases.
Upgrading from 188.8.131.5248 to any later version requires a reboot due to a bug in that version. See CSCvt56075 for more information.
Under certain conditions, if an older DFC driver is present a reboot will be required when upgrading to Connector versions 7.3.1 and newer. See CSCvv20713 for more information.
