Description

Upgrade Readiness App sending different notifications for archived app.

Investigation

Found that this Application is no longer available in SplunkBase and it’s EOL since October 21, 2021 as result it is not compatible with latest Splunk versions.

Resolution

1) If app is not in use then most suitable way to remediate this issue is delete app from environment.

2) Migrate to IT Service Intelligence and utilize the Content Library and Content Packs for pre-built service-level dashboards and KPIs, or use the latest version of Splunk IT Essentials Work 4.9 (available May 2021) to monitor host level data. this is already mentioned in SplunkBase description of this app.
