This document outlines the Subscription information about my Buying Program (BP) suites that provides detailed insights into suites related to the Buying Program, in License Central.

Prerequisites
Before you start, ensure that you have the following:
Step 2: Click on Access Cisco License Centralunder the Cisco License Central section.
Step 3: Enter your Smart Account or use the Search function to search for a Smart Account.
Step 4: Navigate to the left Menu bar and click on the "Contracts & Subscriptions" tab and click on "Overview"
Step 5: The 'Active suites in the agreement'table allows you to view and perform the level 2 card task.

a. Subscription Summary and Lifecycle View.
b. Subscription Lifecycle.
c. Cumulative suite consumption view.
d. Detailed consumption at Billing PID level.
e. Consumption chart and comparison.
2.a. Subscription Summary and Lifecycle Views.
a. Under ‘Subscription ID’ column, click on any ‘Subscription ID’ that starts with SR, and a new page will open.
b. On the new page, on the left-hand side, you can see the ‘Subscription ID’, ‘Key Highlights’ and ‘Summary’ details.
c.1 The Suites ‘Key highlights’ block will include general information.
c.2 The ‘Suite Summary section’ will include general information.
Note: The Switch Subscription filter dropdown is showing only if you have more than one Subscription ID, or else it won’t show.
2.b. Subscription Lifecycle.
a. On the top right-hand side you can see the ‘Subscription Lifecycle’ on this page. You can find your Subscription ID start date, the Suite added date, and by dragging the bar onto the right side, you can find the Next True forward and renewal date.
b. On the right-hand side, you can see the ‘Expand view’ toggle switch. It is ‘ON’ by default. If you turn it ‘Off’, the ‘Subscription Lifecycle’ flags will collapse.
c. On the right-hand side top, you can see the Monthly View or Quarterly view tab. By clicking the toggle, you can view the table Monthly or Quarterly based on your preference.
2.c. Cumulative suite consumption view.
a. You can click on the any suite name under the ‘Active suites in the agreement’ page, then a new page will open. This is the ‘Suites consumption details’ page.
b. You can see the Software & Services tabs within the ‘Suite consumption details’ page.
c. (Subscription view) Software tab:
c.1. This view displays the Portfolios and Suites (and its subcategories) along with the respective Consumption Status, and Suite Commit Status.
c.2. At the bottom, a graph shows the “Consumption details for the selected Software Suite since the last true forward” in a timeline with vertical bars that you can hover over and click into, to get a better understanding of the monthly consumption, as well as the consumption of previous months.
d. (Subscription view) Services tab:
d.1. This view will show information pertaining to services information.
2.d. Detailed consumption at Billing PID level.
a. You can view Billing PID at Suite Consumption details page.
Go to Overview (Buying Programs). Click on any Portfolio & Suites names in the table, then a new page will open.
b. In the Software tab:
b.1. The view will display the Billing Part Number names that were either purchased as part of the buying program (in the commerce subscription) and/or generated through the EA Workspace. EA consumption tracking is based on Billing PIDs and not the actual License usage.
b.2. The Billing Part Number names will be organized by Sub-category (i.e. Premier vs. Adv).
b.3. Each billing part Number name will include the columns/attributes.
c. In Services tab:
c.1 This tab will display the Suite and Service Description, Service Contract Number, Quantities of devices that are covered (purchased vs. unpurchased) as well as the Total.
d. Consumption chart and comparison.
d.1. To view the consumption chart and comparison of suites, go to "Overview" (Buying Programs). Click on any ‘Subscription ID’, then a new page will open. Select the suites below the ‘Suites included in this subscription’ table and navigate to the ‘View and compare consumption’ chart and by selecting billing part numbers in the table above, you can see the Consumption percentage.
Note: Internal users should submit a case to the Licensing support team to fix the customer view issue with orders in License Central. There are no checks for internal users with a Cisco support role to prevent unauthorized transactions from the Orders tab.
