| CSCws62591 | Tetration pipelines Failed - Bidir stops processing data |
Beginning December 31, 2025, pipelines used by Cisco Secure Workload to process ingested flow data may fail. After the pipeline failure occurs, flow data will not be processed, and the following will occur:
Flows will not be visible in flow search
Flows will not be available for Application Dependency Mapping (ADM) runs
Label and inventory changes will not take the latest flows into account
Any features dependent on flow data will not update
Note: This will not affect currently enforced policies, and it will not affect the operation of Secure Workload agents.
Cisco Secure Workload uses pipelines to process ingested flow data. The failure occurs because pipelines are unable to restart after the previous pipeline job completes or restarts for any reason. More specifically, the failure occurs at the point where the flows received from customer workloads are ready to be imported into the cluster's distributed file system for further processing.
In the Service Status page on the cluster, the Pipelines service will display a red, degraded state. The LimitsAlerts service may also display a red, degraded state.

Customers should open a TAC service request as soon as possible. TAC will provide a signed script that resolves the issue. The signed script can be run directly by the customer or with TAC assistance.
