About the DOD JELA

The U.S. Department of Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) entered into a Joint Enterprise Level Agreement (JELA) with Cisco for technical support and services in September 2014.

Through this JELA, all Department of Defense (DOD) organizations that enroll in the contract have access to Cisco Smart Net Total Care technical support and additional resources from Cisco. These resources include technical education, classified network services, and engineering and consulting support. All DOD organizations are eligible to enroll in the contract, which provides coverage for all Cisco hardware and software.

The DOD JELA contract number is HC1028-14-D-0003. A unique Smart Net Total Care contract number will be created for each enrolling organization.
