The Cisco® Service Provider Network Agreement (SPNA) was designed specifically for customers making a commitment to one or more Cisco Service Provider software technologies and who want to enjoy flexible consumption. Five enrollment options are available: Automation, Cable, Data Center Networking, Mobility, and Routing. All enrollments feature True Forward which allows for additional growth with annual billing for any over consumption.
