Overview

Cisco Cloud Control is the unified operations platform for AgenticOps. It connects your Cisco environment and third-party tools so teams and AI agents can simplify infrastructure management across your estate, resolve cross-domain issues fast, and customize operations in one environment.

This foundation gives teams the critical shared operational context to coordinate responses across specialist groups and IT domains, identify root causes fast, and shift from reactive work to governed, proactive IT operations. As needs evolve, teams can build on this foundation to create custom apps and agents to address their enterprise-specific challenges.

Benefits

●     Simplify infrastructure management: Access connected Cisco products with one sign-in and manage the environment through a shared view of assets, health, and dependencies.

●     Understand impact before acting: See how infrastructure connects to assess which services an issue or change could affect.

●     Focus on service-impacting issues: Reduce alert noise by correlating signals across products and prioritizing problems by their potential impact.

●     Reduce time to resolution: Bring teams and AI agents together to investigate in parallel, coordinate fixes, and verify recovery.

●     Shape operations around your enterprise: Create applications for your specific challenges and connect existing tools, adapting capabilities as your needs evolve.

What it does

Understand and manage your Cisco environment

Cloud Control brings assets, health, and dependencies into one connected view so teams understand and manage their Cisco environment.

●     One front door to Cisco: Sign in once and move across connected Cisco products while retaining each product’s specialized capabilities.

●     Know what you manage: See assets and their health in a unified inventory, reducing the need to assemble information from separate products.

●     Understand what connects: Use topology to trace infrastructure dependencies and assess what an issue or change could affect.

●     Apply capabilities consistently: Use shared platform services, including Cisco Identity and Cisco Workflows, across connected products and applications.

Find what needs attention and act

Operational issues generate alerts across products. Actions brings related alerts into one view so operators understand the issue and where attention is needed. AI Assistant gives individual operators a conversational way to investigate issues and take action.

●     Cut through alert noise: Actions aggregates and correlates related alerts so operators can recognize a connected issue rather than investigate each signal separately.

●     Prioritize service impact: Focus attention on issues with the greatest potential impact on services.

●     Investigate and act where you work: Use AI Assistant throughout Cloud Control to examine issues and take action without repeatedly gathering context or switching products.

Resolve cross-domain issues in AI Canvas

92% of organizations surveyed report that performance issues commonly span multiple IT domains (Cisco and Omdia research). AI Canvas is the multiplayer workspace where operators and AI agents investigate and resolve cross-domain issues together.

●     Bring the right expertise together: Operators contribute their expertise and the information each can access, reducing back-and-forth across teams.

●     Investigate causes in parallel: Specialized agents examine possible causes simultaneously, helping operators identify the root cause and determine a solution.

●     Execute and verify the fix: Run defined workflows to apply changes and confirm recovery.

●     Keep context across handoffs: Evidence, decisions, and results stay in the workspace across teams and shifts, reducing repeated investigation and resolution delays.

Build what your enterprise needs

Your enterprise has its own systems, procedures, and operational challenges. Cloud Control Studio lets teams create applications around those needs.

●     Design around your team’s work: Create an interface that brings the information and actions needed for the job into one place.

●     Put specialist knowledge into practice: Create agents for specific jobs and guide them with reusable agent skills containing your team’s knowledge and instructions.

●     Make procedures repeatable: Include workflows that follow defined steps and conditions, giving operators and agents a consistent way to execute tasks.

●     Connect systems and retain context: Bring existing tools into the application and save information across sessions, so work builds on previous findings and decisions.

Connect the tools you already use

Operational work spans Cisco and third-party systems. Cloud Control Marketplace provides ecosystem applications and integrations that bring those systems and their context into Cloud Control.

●     Bring your ecosystem into Cloud Control: Connect tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and AWS so relevant information is available alongside Cisco operational data.

●     Work across system boundaries: Use connected data and tools to investigate issues, carry out fixes, and support custom applications.

●     Expand without starting from scratch: Adopt ecosystem applications and integrations that add capabilities while building on the tools your teams already use.
