Cisco announces the end-of-life and end of support dates for Cisco HX Data Platform Software Versions 5.0(1x).
Software maintenance support for 5.0(1x) software release will end on July 31, 2022. No bug fixes, patches or maintenance releases will be provided for this Cisco HyperFlex Data Platform release after that date. The last date of support for Cisco HX Data Platform Software Version 5.0(1x) is November 30, 2022.
Starting from July 31, 2022, only sev1 and security vulnerability issues will be addressed with HX Data Platform releases 5.0(1x). It may be necessary to upgrade to later software release to correct a reported problem.
Software maintenance requires an active service contract.
Customers currently running HyperFlex Data Platform version 5.0(1x) should upgrade by November 30, 2022 to the latest Recommended Release.
