Cisco^® Ceiling Speaker Pro is an intelligent, IP-based audio peripheral designed to provide natural, room-filling sound for modern meeting and collaboration spaces. It’s an intelligent device that self-configures. When combined with Cisco video devices and IP microphones, it helps to create a complete, high-fidelity room audio system that supports spatial playback and amplification of remote participant voices, local presenter reinforcement, and local, multi-way voice lift in large and advanced spaces.

High-quality, equitable audio experience

The Cisco Ceiling Speaker Pro is designed to provide balanced and intelligible sound throughout the room so participants hear remote sound, in-room participant conversations across the table, and in-room presenters clearly from any seat. By delivering and distributing even coverage across the meeting area, it helps reduce hot spots, dead zones, feedback, and distracting volume variation.

In larger or more acoustically challenging spaces, the Ceiling Speaker Pro supports presenter reinforcement and voice lift scenarios to improve speech intelligibility and speaking comfort without requiring the presenter to raise their voice. Powered by edge-AI processing on the device, it works together with Cisco room accessories and the Cisco RoomOS platform to enable a more natural and inclusive meeting experience for both in-room and remote participants.

Faster to deploy and simpler to manage

The IP loudspeaker is designed for streamlined AV and IT deployment through single-cable IP convenience, automated self-calibration, built-in signal processing, and centralized management. It removes the complexity from distributed room-audio deployments by becoming part of the same workspace ecosystem that your IT team can fully own, troubleshoot, and manage using Cisco Cloud Control.

With unified monitoring, diagnostics, and analytics in a single control plane for video devices and accessories, your IT team can manage ceiling audio deployments alongside the rest of the Cisco room infrastructure instead of relying on disjointed third-party tools and siloed AV subsystems.

Flexible for modern and adaptable spaces

The Cisco Ceiling Speaker is designed to blend into meeting rooms, training environments, and flexible spaces with flexible mounting and color options. It is intended to scale from everyday collaboration spaces to larger rooms that require distributed audio coverage and more advanced room audio capabilities.
