Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) celebrates the globally recognized International Girls in ICT (Information & Communication Technology) Day, created by International Telecommunication Union in 2011, as our annual flagship event.
This year’s International Girls in ITC Day broadcast will be on Thursday, April 23, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:30 am EST. The theme this year is “Celebrating Global Voices and Empowering Girls for Careers in STEM.”
Our annual celebration and broadcast encourages girls, young women, and students to pursue STEM education and careers, as well as provide exposure to Cisco technology and networking opportunities.

Girls and Students in school (ages 13-18), as well as those Early-In-Career (ages 19 - 26).
