Cisco AI Assistant for Support

Overview

  • Beginning September 2025, Cisco AI Assistant for Support is the new name for Cisco TAC Bots including TAC Connect Bot.

    Cisco AI Assistant for Support is a personal assistant that provides customers and partners with a self-service experience in several knowledge domains such as:

    • Cases, Bugs and RMA Management
    • Bug Applicability Checks
    • Hardware Troubleshooting
    • Licensing
    • Webex

    You can access it from Support Case Manager in the context of a case and at https://supportassistant.cisco.com. The interaction with the assistant is automatically launched as guided experiences when you open Licensing, Webex, Hardware or Bug related cases in Support Case Manager.
