Cisco Automated Software Distribution service provides software information and download URLs to assist you in upgrading your device/application to the latest version.
On March 1, 2022, Cisco Automated Software Distribution (ASD) service will be upgraded from version 3.0 to version 4.0. As a result, selected products in the Cisco Business portfolio will no longer be able to automatically discover and apply firmware updates from cisco.com.
Affected products include:
For RV260, RV160, and RV34x series routers, the update can be performed by manually downloading the firmware from Cisco Software Download webpage and applying to the device using the web user interface. Check out How to Download and Upgrade Firmware on any Device for more information.
If you have trouble performing an automatic firmware update on your CBW gear, simply follow the steps to manually download and apply the latest firmware to CBW access points in your network.
