Objective

Voiceview Express allows users to browse, listen, send messages, and manage their voicemail messages from the phone interface.

This document explains how to log in to the voiceview express on the SPA300 and SPA500 Series IP phones using the soft key buttons.

Applicable Devices

• SPA300 Series IP Phones
• SPA500 Series IP Phones

Log In to Voiceview Express

Step 1. Push the Setup button.


Step 2. Push the soft key for CME Services.


Step 3. Push the soft key for Voiceview Express.


Step 4. Enter the mailbox ID and PIN in the fields.
Step 5. Push the soft key under Submit.
