    Introduction

    This document describes how long it can take for newly-registered Secure Web Gateway (SWG) Roaming Modules to appear in policy selection.

    How Long Can It Take for Newly-Registered SWG Roaming Modules to Display in Policy Selection?

    Under normal conditions, up to two hours can elapse before a recently added SWG Roaming Module appears in the dashboard and becomes available for policy attachment.

    In some cases, registration can take longer, but this does not represent typical behavior. If devices remain missing from the dashboard after two hours, contact Cisco Umbrella Support for additional assistance.
