Introduction
This document describes how to resolve broken formatting for a custom block page in Cisco Umbrella.

The information in this document was created from the devices in a specific lab environment. All of the devices used in this document started with a cleared (default) configuration. If your network is live, ensure that you understand the potential impact of any command.
Problem
You notice that the mark-up on your custom block page is broken, resulting in the formatting displaying as clear-text HTML tags.

Solution
The bug that introduced this issue has been fixed. However, the block page can still display the error until it is edited by the administrator.
To resolve this issue:
1. Delete the HTML tags from your custom block page.
2. Re-enter your custom message with the appropriate mark up and select Save.

3. Once saved, the custom block page then displays correctly without the HTML tags:
