This document describes why the Delete Pending message appears in the Cisco Umbrella dashboard.
Why Did I Receive a Delete Pending Message in my Cisco Umbrella Dashboard?
Cisco Umbrella released an improvement to the way users can do bulk operations for the Roaming Computers page on the dashboard.
In the past, users with thousands of roaming computers deployed had difficulties with timeouts or incomplete operations for tasks like deleting or adding tags. Umbrella added in some stability and redundancy to ensure the integrity of data.
However, in order to ensure changes are not taking place while these larger operations are being performed in the background, you can receive a message indicating that the dashboard's Roaming Computers page is "read-only" and that the delete is "pending."
This is as expected while the operation completes. The rest of the dashboard is available while this is taking place so that you can check what security activity your users have been generating.
