    Introduction

    This document describes how to generate a HAR capture on an iOS device.

    Background Information

    This document applies to:

    • iOS

    • iPad

    • iPhone

    • MacOS X

    Steps

    1. On your iOS Device, navigate to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Enable Web Inspector.

    2. Connect your iOS device to your Mac computer using a cable and ensure your iOS device is recognised.

    3. On your iOS device, launch Safari and reproduce the issue.

    4. Using your Mac computer, launch Safari, then navigate to Develop > Select your iPad and click Session. This will open the developer tools.

    5. From here, you can export the HAR file and send it to Umbrella Support ticket.
