Description

Restoring a full backup into SOAR version 6.3.1 fails with TypeError: Level ordinal must not be null



Investigation

This is due to the expected names of the ibackup files. A full and subsequent incremental backups are given a specific name so restore functions knows the flow to process these. 

Remember these important points when restoring your system from the sequential files:You can restore phantom_backup_group_0_level_0.tar alone.
You cannot restore phantom_backup_group_0_level_1.tar without phantom_backup_group_0_level_0.tar.
You cannot restore phantom_backup_group_0_level_2.tar without phantom_backup_group_0_level_0.tar and phantom_backup_group_0_level_1.tar.

Resolution

Rename the file back to original file name created by ibackup.
