Notables are not updated properly with required field values in the Incident Review Dashboard

Bias-Free Language

Description

The notables generated by the Correlation Search are missing some of the required field values recently.

The following are the Incorrect and Missing fields:

  1. Title
  2. Description
  3. Drilldown search link.

Investigation

During the investigation, it was found that the "Threat - Correlation Searches - lookup Gen" savedsearch was disabled as shown below.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, the saved search "Threat - CorrelationSearches - lookup Gen" has to be enabled.

The following steps can be used to enable the specified saved search.

  1. Navigate to Settings.
  2. Click "Searches, Reports and Alerts".
  3. Search the "Threat - CorrelationSearches - lookup Gen" in the filter.
  4. Click Edit and choose Enable.

After enabling the search, the field values are populated correctly for the new notables as below.
