The SCC Manager dashboard provides a centralized framework for the administration of users and products across multiple business units, defined as Managed Organizations.
The SCC manager dashboard facilitates these administrative functions:
Getting a Manager Organization in your SCC dashboard requires submitting a request to the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) with these details:
Current SCC dashboard status (existing vs. new deployment).
Projected number of organizations to be managed within the Manager Organization.
Upon submission, TAC coordinates with the Product Management team to review and provision the request.
Navigate to Manager Administration > Subscriptions > Claim Subscription via the left-hand navigation menu.
Note: Suite claim codes are not supported.
Subscriptions previously claimed by a Managed Organization can be redistributed to the Manager Organization through an uplift process. Please contact TAC to facilitate this transition.
Note: Trial claim codes cannot be uplifted and must be claimed on the Manager Organization.
Once a subscription is provisioned to the Manager Organization, distribute resources via Manager Administration > Managed Organizations and select the Organization.
The minimum number of licenses in a Managed Organization is determined by the subscription service. Some common services quantities are:
Secure Access: 50
Secure Workload: 100
AI-Defense: 50
Multicloud Defense: No minimum
Extended Detection and Response (XDR): No minimum
To ensure appropriate governance, administrators must be explicitly assigned to the Managed Organization. Access can be granted by navigating to Manager Administration > Administrator Access and assigning the required permissions to the relevant personnel.
